Diabolo jet machine

Operation

Using lifting tools or other conveyors, the tubes are placed on the diabolo rollers and brought to the shot blasting machine. Here they trigger the signal threshold in front of the inlet gate to initiate the automatic supply of abrasives to the operating high-performance turbines. This ensures that the blasting process only starts if there are workpieces in the blasting zone.

After the blasting process, the abrasive in the tubes falls into a hopper and is returned to the abrasive circulation. Powerful fans expel the abrasive remaining inside the tubes.

The abrasives will be cleaned and kept in circulation for continuous use. Through the abrasive doser, the clean abrasive, coming from the abrasive silo, reaches the high-performance turbines.

A fan generates the low pressure required for dust-free operation of the unit.

Capabilities and applications

Possible applications of Diabolo shot blasting machines Diabolo shot blasting machines are used for deoxidising tubes, poles and round components. In combination with appropriate cross conveyors, various segments such as shot blasting, preservation, welding and drilling can be linked. This ensures a flexible production process and a high material yield.
