Optimum heat transfer is achieved by vibration with fluidized beds (vibration fluidized bed dryers/coolers). The cooling drying medium (gas or air) is carried out by uniformly penetrating the product bed being transported through the perforated plate. The large contact area with the fluidized bed provides rapid heat transfer between the solid particles and the gas.
The advantage offered by the vibrational agitation of the fluidized bed as well as the increase in heat transfer is achieved thanks to the low air velocity.
Furthermore, air circulation eliminates the formation of clusters and ensures optimal energy utilization.
Units with fluid bed areas of more than 7.5m2 are designed for natural frequency dryers/coolers up to 30m2 per unit.
We also produce for easily fluidizable products. Proven hot gas generation, air heating, cleaning air supply and exhaust air dust removal systems are available for gas, air and heat supply. In addition to dryers that meet the most stringent hygiene standards (pharmaceutical design) we also produce fluidized bed units with auxiliary equipment, for example for instantizing milk powder based products or crystallizing plastic granulate. Pressure-resistant models are available for handling explosive materials.

They have been developed for numerous applications, for example in the plastics, tobacco and beverage industries. Some of the advantages offered by screening combined with the refrigeration unit are the minimization of investment, the reduction of costs when producing the product, another point in favor of our models compared to others is the reduced space required for its implementation.
Our circular design batch vibratory dryers are ideal for long residence time and are adjustable by programming. The material to be dried is transported in a circle through the directional vibration of the system's vibrating motor and is discharged after having reached the desired degree of dryness.
We have various test equipment so that you can check the design parameters in our pilot plant / laboratory or test and carry out the experiments you need with our machines either at the client's facilities or at the client's own, in order to ensure that the tests are carried out under optimal conditions in which all the properties of the products are taken into account as well as total confidentiality.
